Since 12:34 GMT - 5 we are having problems with ACH-PSE and PSE_AVANZA in COLOMBIA for PayU platform, transactions increased with response codes like INACTIVE_PAYMENT_PROVIDER, which indicates that the payment network present a transactional degradation, however, the network does not present a total drop. The ACH PSE is working in a solution



A subset of our customers may be experiencing failed / declined transactions, we apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing.

Since 12:32 GMT - 5 we are having problems with PSE in COLOMBIA for PayU platform, transactions increased with response codes like INACTIVE_PAYMENT_PROVIDER, which indicates that we present a transactional degradation, however, the network does not present a total drop. We are working together with our Support Team to get a quick solution.
