Degradation with Payment REDEBAN QR in COLOMBIA

Resolved - Dear Customer

On August 28, 2026, between 19:34:00 and 22:14:00 (UTC-5), the PayU platform experienced a temporary transactional degradation impacting REDEBAN QR payments. This was caused by an issue with our third-party provider, DING, which returned response code B006 ('Technical error in the Receiving Participant'). Consequently, a small subset of transactions resulted in increased pending, expired, or error statuses.

Our Support and Engineering teams worked closely with the provider to resolve the issue. The service has now fully recovered, and system operations have returned to normal.
